I ordered a necklace on 4/29 for Mother’s Day and it was scheduled to be delivered on 5/7. The piece is lost in transit in Florida somewhere. I’ve tried to get in contact with the seller thru Etsy (2x) and via Instagram and no response. I’m a little upset that I haven’t received a response at all and this gift was a special give for my mother. Not sure I’ll order from this company again.
